Pawlarm

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 September 2026. Applies to the Pawlarm app for iPhone, iPad and Android, version 1.0.0.

We do not collect, sell or share your data. Pawlarm has no account, no server, no analytics, no ads and no in-app purchases. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

Who we are

Pawlarm is published by John Osakwe, an individual developer ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@etestweb.com.

What Pawlarm stores on your phone

Pawlarm saves the information you type in so that it can remind you at the right time:

All of it is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We never receive it, and we cannot see it.

What Pawlarm does not do

Permissions

On iPhone and iPad, Pawlarm asks only for permission to send you notifications. On Android it asks for permission to show notifications and to vibrate. The notification permission is used only to show reminders that your phone creates itself. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings; the app still works, but it cannot alert you.

Notifications

Reminders are created and delivered by your phone itself, at the times you set. No notification service or server is involved, and Pawlarm does not register your device for push notifications.

Sharing a mating plan

If you choose to send a mating plan to another owner, Pawlarm opens your phone's share sheet with the plan written as text. That text contains what you can see on screen, such as pet names, dates, and any place or note you added. What happens next depends on the app you pick, such as Messages, WhatsApp or email, and is covered by that app's own privacy policy. Pawlarm never sends anything unless you choose an app and send it.

Rating prompt

After a few days of use Pawlarm may ask you to rate it, using your phone's built-in rating prompt. The operating system shows and handles that prompt; Pawlarm receives nothing back.

Backups

Your phone's own backup, such as iCloud Backup on iPhone or Google backup on Android, may include Pawlarm's data if you have backups turned on. That is controlled by your device settings and the backup provider's policy, not by Pawlarm.

Apple and Google

You download Pawlarm through the App Store or Google Play, which handle your download, payment details and account under their own privacy policies. If you have chosen to share diagnostics with them, they may give us anonymous crash or usage summaries. These do not identify you and do not contain anything you entered in the app.

Deleting your data

Open the Pets tab and choose "Erase all data", or delete the app. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, this removes everything we could ever have access to. Copies held in your own phone or cloud backups are controlled by you through your device settings.

Your rights

Because we do not collect, receive or store your personal information, we hold no copy of it to access, correct, export or delete. The app itself gives you full control over your data, as described above. If you have a question or a request about privacy, write to us at info@etestweb.com and we will reply.

Children

Pawlarm is not directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from them, or from anyone else.

Future changes: ads and in-app purchases

Version 1.0.0 shows no ads and has no in-app purchases. A later version may show ads and offer optional in-app purchases. If that happens:

Not veterinary advice

Pawlarm offers general pet-care reminders and estimates, including for feeding, exercise, preventive care and breeding. It is not a substitute for advice from a veterinarian. Always confirm vaccines, medicines, doses and breeding decisions with your vet.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
