    Microphone and Audio Data

    Critical Privacy Disclosure: Decibel Pro requires access to your device's microphone (RECORD_AUDIO permission) to perform its core function: measuring ambient noise levels.

    • No Recording: We do not record any audio.
    • No Storage: No audio data is ever saved to your device's storage.
    • No Transmission: No audio data is ever sent to our servers or any third parties.
    • Real-time Processing: Audio is processed locally in volatile memory (RAM) and is discarded immediately after the decibel level is calculated.

    Usage Data

    Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device's IP address, device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. This helps us understand how the app is performing and identifies potential crashes.
