FizzFree: a quit soda tracker
A tracker for people quitting or cutting down soda, diet soda and energy drinks, with no account to create.
On the App Store it appears as Quit Soda & Energy Tracker. On Google Play it appears as FizzFree: Quit Soda Tracker.

The problem
I wanted a quit soda app that starts counting days and money saved from the first launch, with no sign up in the way. Cravings are the hard part, so the app puts a craving timer one tap away.
What I built
- Quit or reduce.Cold turkey builds a streak of fizz free days. Reduce mode tapers you from your current habit to a daily target over the weeks you choose.
- Savings and sugar. You tell the app what you drink, what size and what it costs. It adds up the money saved in your own currency, plus the sugar, caffeine and calories you skipped.
- Craving SOS.A short timer to ride out a craving, quick swaps, and your own reason for quitting on screen. You can log what set it off.
- Milestones and a streak freeze.Everyone gets one free streak freeze a month, so one bad day doesn’t erase a run.
- Weekly recap and iPhone widgets. This week against last week, savings goals, and on iPhone your streak on the Home Screen and Lock Screen.
- A 30 day Soda Detox. One short lesson and one small task a day. The first three days are free.
- Premium, optional. The tracker is free with ads. Premium adds the rest of the Soda Detox, more streak freezes, craving insights, a caffeine chart and themes, and removes the ads. RevenueCat handles the subscription.

What I decided
- 01
No account.
Your streak, history and savings stay on your phone, so there’s no sign up step.
- 02
A free streak freeze.
One missed day shouldn’t feel like starting over, so everyone gets one freeze a month.
What is true today
- Live on the App Store and on Google Play.
- Works with no account.
Numbers I’m still collecting
FizzFree reached the App Store in July 2026. That’s too soon for me to say how many people keep a streak going to 30 or 90 days, so I’m not claiming anything about retention.
