E-test tech Hub ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application JAMB CBT: Exam & Study Mode (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a safe experience while preparing for your exams.
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide a functional and personalized experience, the App may collect certain information.
Personal Data: We do not require you to create an account to use the basic features of the app. However, if you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number.
Academic Data: The app stores your practice history, test scores, and study progress locally on your device to help you track your performance.
2. Third-Party Service Providers (Advertising & Analytics)
The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you and your device to serve relevant advertisements and analyze app performance.
Specifically, this app is monetized using:

Other services used may include:
- Google Play Services: Used for app functionality and updates.
3. Log Data
In the event of an error or crash within the App, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app at the time of the error, and other statistics to help us fix the issue.
4. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. This App does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the third-party libraries (like Unity Ads) may use cookies or device identifiers to track ad performance.
5. Data Security
We value your trust. All exam progress and study data are stored locally on your device. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any information sent to us via email or support channels, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is designed for students preparing for the JAMB UTME (typically aged 13 and above). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records.
7. GDPR Privacy (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the GDPR / UK GDPR applies to you. The same rights are available to people in Nigeria under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and in other places with similar laws.

International transfers
Unity may process advertising data in the United States and other countries, under the safeguards described in Unity's privacy policy. We are based in Nigeria, so support emails you send us are processed there.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have it corrected
- have it deleted (the "right to be forgotten")
- restrict or object to its processing, including processing based on legitimate interests
- receive it in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before you withdrew it
- complain to a data protection authority, such as the one in your country (in the UK, the ICO; in Nigeria, the NDPC)
Your practice history, scores and study progress stay on your device. You can delete them by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. For data held by Unity, see Unity's privacy policy.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
