Email info@etestweb.com. It helps if you tell us your phone model, your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the problem showed up.
Please don't send your Social Security number or full pay stubs. We never need them, and ExtraHalf doesn't either.
Delete your data
ExtraHalf has no accounts, so there's no account to close. Everything you've entered lives on your phone, and you control it:
- In the app: Settings → Delete all data, then confirm. This can't be undone.
- Or uninstall the app. That removes its stored data from your phone.
- Purchase records are held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. To ask about those, email us from the address on your receipt, or include the order ID, and we'll act on it within one month.

Common questions
How do I delete my data from ExtraHalf?
Open Settings in the app, tap Delete all data, then confirm with Delete everything. That removes your tax profile, jobs, shifts, pay stubs, W-2 amounts and reminder settings from your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them too. We keep no copy on a server, so there's nothing for us to delete on our side.
How do I cancel my ExtraHalf subscription?
Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account, at least 24 hours before the renewal date (or before the free trial ends, to avoid being charged). In the app, Settings → Manage subscription opens the right page. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, install ExtraHalf, then tap Restore purchases on the first screen. There's no ExtraHalf login to remember.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google process refunds, because they take the payment. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Google Play's refund page. We can't refund a purchase ourselves.
Can I export or keep a copy of my numbers?
Yes. Open the Report tab and choose Year-end report and export to build a report on your phone and send it to Files, email or a printer. Because your entries live only on your phone, an exported copy is also your backup.
My deduction looks wrong. What should I check?
Start with your filing status and income estimate in Tax profile, then the overtime rule set for each job, then the shifts or pay stubs you entered. ExtraHalf gives estimates, so compare them with your pay stubs and Form W-2. If it still looks off, email us.
